We work in three phases:
Phase 1: Resonance
Writing the score, giving meaning to the transformation, tuning into the same tuning fork, identifying key "human" KPIs
- Define the project's mission, vision and language elements that will speak to everyone
- Determine the methodology, integrate the key "human" KPIs to re-tune at each stage
- Managing, creating cooperation & synergies for the project
Phase 2: Orchestration
Deploy, harmonize, re-tune and federate cross-functionally (Local/Global)
- Structuring the roadmap and milestones to orchestrate the transformation (Roadmap)
- Deploy the project by finding the right tempo, adapting the discourse (Local/Global)
- Re-tune regularly to adjust if necessary, engage and federate cross-functionally
Phase 3: Impact
Increase the resonance and impact of the project within the organization & ensure long-term success

- Support sponsors with training & coaching to tailor communications to target audiences
- Amplify ownership and accelerate implementation throughout the organization
