Context & challenges

Two Directors of an international consulting, auditing and accounting, social & legal expertise group needed to present the excellent performance of their division at a conference within the Group's international network. The challenge was multiple: to highlight the excellence of the French Division, position their ESG expertise and reinforce their strategic influence within the global network.

The Coaching Approach

The coaching process was structured around three targeted sessions (8 hours in total):
- Strategic preparation: analyzing audience expectations and building a powerful storytelling strategy
- Optimizing content: developing impactful narratives with concrete "success stories" and impactful visuals
- Delivery excellence: intensive rehearsals focusing on stage presence, dual presentation dynamics and stress management
