Kristin Sax-Jansen

A Frenchwoman of Norwegian origin, Kristin is fluent in four languages (French, English, German and Turkish), an essential skill when working with international teams. For 20 years, she worked successively in major international groups (Parfums Christian Dior - Groupe Koç) in the Sales Development, Marketing & Communications departments. She then became a professional opera singer for eight years.
Bringing these two worlds together, Kristin founded Krescendos to address the major challenges organizations face: harmonizing on the same note, synchronizing on the same tempo, moving from dissonance to the orchestrated symphony of projects. The skills and experience she has developed in both corporate and artistic environments enable her to propose specific approaches.
Her professional practice is based on the ability to manage cultural diversity and strengthen communication within organizations.
For the past 12 years, Kristin has worked with mutinationals in the Beauty, Health-Pharma, Luxury, IT, Aerospace and Consulting sectors. A partner of HEC Paris since 2017, she designs tailor-made training programs for the School's employees.
Kristin is an accredited Executive Coach and a graduate of the University of Panthéon-Assas (Master Degree Profesionnel Coaching) and a certified Executive Coach (John Mattone ILEC programme) - Consultant/Trainer (Groupe IGS) - DISC - Assessment 24/7.

A graduate of HEC Paris (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales), Laurence has a wealth of experience working for large corporations, where she developed an deep understanding of organizational and human issues.
During her ten years at Bossard Consultants, she piloted major transformation projects, honing her ability to create positive change dynamics.
Her twenty years' experience at SFR, where she successively held operational management and HRD positions, gave her first-hand experience of the challenges of authentic, effective leadership. From Customer Services to Marketing and Quality, she has demonstrated that employee commitment is the real driver of performance, whatever the context.
From individual intent to collective action
In 2016 she founded CAP PHOENIX to passionately share the fruits of her experience in team engagement. Today, she supports managers in the implementation of their transformations, through individual or group coaching.
She pays particular attention to the preparation and facilitation of team seminars, which she transforms into genuine catalysts for change and commitment. Her aim is to develop a climate of trust conducive to the expression of talent; to give meaning and ambition; to allow the unspoken, the desires and the ideas to express themselves, in order to encourage innovation; to federate energies for lasting transformation, while working in good spirits.

Julian HILTON-JOHNSON

With over 30 years' international business experience in large multinational companies and professional services companies, he demonstrates a versatile and analytical approach to leadership challenges at the highest level, particularly with business in a state of transformation and in complex, international environments.

Julian has a strong track record as a Trusted Advisor and confidente to CEOs and C-Suite. A strategic and analytical thinker with a strong EQ, he works with leaders in new or changing roles where a strong and carefully considered leadership vision, actions and communiction are required.
He has 20 years' Executive Board level experience, most notably at McDonald's Corporation where he was closely involved in the turnaround and transformation of the business and its reputation in the UK, then in Europe and globally.
Drawing on extensive knowledge across senior management, reputation mangement, public affairs, crisis managment, legal affairs and other functions, he guides executives and teams on the strategic and authentic communication that is essential for inspirational and impactful leadership.
Diverse & multicultural approach
Julian has a BA (Hons) in French & Hispanic Studies from the University of Nottingham and subsequently studied Law from Nottingham Trent University. He started his career as a Research Assistant to an MP in the UK House of Commons, later joining international "Magic Circle" law firm Freshfields in London and Madrid.
Fluent in Spanish and French as well as English, Julian works across multiple sectors, functions, countries and cultures and offers a truly international and multidimensional perspective to established and aspiring leaders.

Guillaume DUSSAU DOUMENGE

Guillaume DOUMENGE is a recognized expert in leadership and value-added communication. A professional opera singer and executive coach, he has been helping leaders and their teams to develop their impact, charisma and leadership posture for over 30 years. His unique approach combines the demands of the opera stage with proven coaching techniques, to help executives master their voice, assert their leadership and optimize their communication at key moments.
Excellence at the intersection of art and business
With a degree in Philosophy from the University of Toulouse, he has acquired a fine mastery of the workings of dialectics and argumentation, essential skills for structuring a convincing and inspiring speech.
At the same time, since 1992, he has pursued a career as a solo opera singer on the most prestigious stages in France (Opéra de Marseille, Nice, Toulon, Toulouse) and abroad (Italy, Poland). This stage experience has allowed him to understand and master the dynamics of presence, vocal impact and stress management in high performance situations.
In 2001, he broadened his scope to become a trainer and coach in leadership and communication. He works with leading companies such as PWC Global Learning and Revue Fiduciaire, and contributed to the foundation of the Academy of Mentoring alongside François Enius in 2012.

Guillaume draws on a deep mastery of behavioral science and personal development techniques, particularly Transactional Analysis and Emotional Intelligence. With a Master's degree in Audit, Management Control and Information Systems from SKEMA and an Executive MBA from ESSEC, Andréa has developed a unique expertise in major consulting firms (PwC, EY) and in the transformation departments of international groups (Willis Tower Watson, AXA).
In 2020, she founded AKITSU CONSULTING. She recently joined the Krescendos team to implement the ROI Method. This innovative method aims to ensure the success of transformation projects by activating key levers: building a shared vision, mobilizing teams, aligning with corporate values and participative approaches.

Her work covers a wide range of strategic areas: digital transformation, IT process optimization, organizational restructuring, financial management and leadership community development. Her distinctive approach combines strategic expertise, process mastery and a keen understanding of human issues.
